三软煤层永久风门的抗变形技术研究

摘要: 针对三软煤层开采过程中永久风门的抗变形能力差,永久风门维修频繁,安全保障性能低,使用周期短的问题,通过对石壕煤矿永久风门历史和现状的考察,分析了风门变形破坏的特征,提出采用“三喷两锚一注浆”新支护工艺、混凝土浇筑风门基础和墙体控制风门变形空间、预留风门框架空间等技术构筑永久风门的方案,并在石壕煤矿一水平北轨道运输巷永久风门进行现场试验,结果表明,永久风门变形处于安全可控范围,改变了原来风门的各项不足,保证了井下通风安全,延长了风门使用寿命,取得了一定的经济和社会效益。

Through on stone Hao coal mine permanent throttle history status of investigation, analysis has throttle deformation damage of features, proposed used "three spray two anchor a note pulp", and control deformation, and reserved space, for build permanent throttle of programme, to stone Hao coal mine a level north track transport lane for cases, will the sets programme application yú site for test, Wells xià test results showed that, permanent throttle deformation in security can controlled range, change has original of the insufficient, enhanced has mine safety of coefficient, Permanent damper construction on similar geological situation to have some reference valuegrouting injection" and control of deformation, room, etc to build permanent damper, changed the insufficiency, enhanced the mine production safety coefficient, accelerate the development of the coal mine.
